Balancing with Crystals
To balance
the chakras have the person lie down on their back.. Place two quartz crystals
on the third eye chakra, points facing downwards, two quartz crystals on
the palms, points upwards; two quartz crystals on the breast area, points
upwards; and two quartz crystals placed on the top of the thighs, point
upwards. If the patient lies quietly on his or her back for about 15 minutes,
the chakras will quickly re-align themselves.
